Help i think it’s time. But i can’t fight SI.

I'm so tired about life.
Chasing so called goals. And got nothing in return.
Life is impossible.
Yes. I should kms.
But every time i decided to execute my plan my SI kicked in and i backed off.

I really wanted to get all things behind and make all pain to disappear.

What should i do?

Same situation here. I should've been dead 18 months back. But here I am still lamenting on my lack of courage to commit it.

I can't really give you an answer, SI will always be present so you are not alone in this
Maybe at the time you didn't think it was the right time to CBT? Or mabye it was uncomfortable
For me personally I feel SI would lessen if I'm sure I wrapped things up in my life and can easily just let go

Si is different for everyone , you just have to find a way to fight it
