I think I've decided to hang myself. I found a tree strong enough to do it with. What type of rope should I use, how should I do it, is there a specific knot?
I no longer find a reason to be here and the GAD is consuming my whole life; I don't want to live feeling this way every day. My only worries are my friends and my girlfriend. Maybe there's a solution to my problems, but I don't see it and I think I never will. Maybe my destiny is just to die; life is completely absurd lately.I still don't know if I should write a goodbye letter, or what I should do with my phone and accounts in case I survive, although I hope that doesn't happen.
I would appreciate your advice and thank you for everything. I think this is the only place where I can truly express how I feel.
