Broken beyond repair

I am going to CTB in a few weeks and that decision is final. The only miracle that would stop me would be somehow my ex coming back to me which won't happen.
But there are many people in my life, from coworkers to distant relatives who are going to wonder why I did it. And I don't think either I can write it all down nor I can leave my parents the burden of repeating the same story over and over.
My idea is to record a video. It can be long, Instagram allows up to 60 minutes. I'll find a way to schedule a post for 24h after my CTB so all of those people will see it.
I'll have an honest and open conversation, show myself in a way I never did before and go through all of the steps that led me down this road.
The only problem with this idea is how much I think it's gonna hurt the people closest to me once they start rewatching the video every couple days just to have a shred of me left in their lives.
