Someone told me even if the things that happened were bad you survived them. I only survived because suicide is hard and painful. If i could i would have been dead a long time ago.

Of course suicide is very difficult. We are programmed to survive after all and methods can fail. If only there was an option to fall asleep and never wake again. I'm sorry you are going through this, I can imagine it must be frustrating. I wish you the best, I hope you find the peace you are looking for.
