This thread is exactly what I'm afraid of. I read blogs, nursing manuals, journals, essays and psychiatry theory lot of the times and it seems to me that these approaches of "recovery" would just lead me back to the comfortable ennui of life that has caused me to feel and think the way I do. I think a tremendous amount of time about Thomas Szasz's work, and Foucault in general, how psyichiatry is just an extension of state oppression to neutralize everything human in us, leaving nothing but obedient legal bodies behind.

Don't regret that you gave yourself another chance cause i think if you CTB without exahusting all chances you are more likely to have second thoughts after you Jump, take the SN, drink the drugs...etc
