i ordered SN and its hard as a rock

its in a plastic sealed packet. the previous one i got was a fine powder.
is this hard sn normal. how will i dissolve this?

it should be dissolved in water but I don't know if it is a good sign that it is hardened

Did you get this from the Turkish seller? Mine had a couple of hard lumps in it.

Could just take a pestle or rock and smash it back into powder again. Product wasn't sealed properly and got moisture in it.

it was sent to me in a vacuum type sealed bag-- it feels like a rock, maybe when i open it it will soften?? or become salt like
