Venting i need to get out of this body. please make it stop

my dysphoria is so, so bad. i have breasts and i could never ever afford to get top surgery. my country's free "healthcare" would never cover a surgery like that and big chunks of my family would never ever support me being trans. i can't just cut them off cause im disabled and depend on them financially. i just need this all to stop. i want to die but i don't want to miss out on so many things. but i can't handle this anymore. i don't know what to do
