Help I need to CTB now

I've finally settled all my debts. I've done my best to make all my friends hate me over the span of two years, and gradually faded away from them. I just told the girl I love to get as far away from me as possible. Now is the perfect time for me to CTB but I don't have a method. The bottle of acetaminophen wont do anything, and it takes two years to get a firearm license. Please help. Thank you.
