I need help with family issues

recently I have made an extremely stupid decision that has impacted my entire family but most of all my gramma. she seems extremely sad if not depressed, on top of having to deal with my stupidity she also is trying to get in touch with her son who is mad at her for no apparent reason and he refuses to speak to her. she is really stressed.
I dont know who else to ask for help with but I am hoping to try and fix this because I feel most of the fault lands on my shoulders

Whatever happened, it sounds like you're taking the right steps in wanting to right a wrong. Your heart is in the right place, even if may not be easy to figure out how to fix the situation.

I think if you want to repair a mistake, you should first embrace it, and put the right words on it without looking for some excuses (I'm pretty sure from what you wrote that you are not trying to seek for excuses or minimize your actions which alredady a huge step forward).

Have you talked with your grandmother about your mistake? Can you coax your father or uncle to communicate with her?
Are these two separate issues or one?
