• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Lowkey contemplating just living life to the ABSOLUTE fullest for the next few months and offing myself in June, I genuinely am just tired of living and I'm tired of working on myself and coping with the fact that I was born naturally inadequate.

What's the point of having goals if I'm just going to die anyway?

"we are all mortal. Regardless of whether we have already heard the whir of the scythe over our head or not, we know about death. [...] Humans live, therefore, beyond the evasions they organize for their self-defense, in a steadily crystallizing knowledge of death. They are like the man who builds a house knowing that it will be demolished at the roofing ceremony. [...] He builds his house by the sweat of his brow, lays brick upon brick, fits in door and window frames--but it will all be in vain."

Why did you decide to ctb in 2041? That is an oddly specific date.

I share the sentiment though, I also don't have the motivation to achieve anything if I can just die tomorrow if I want of if I die in general. I fail to see the point.

Because I wanted to achieve some things and develop a legacy before I died.

the problem with setting goals so far out is that youre giving fate/changing circumstances plenty of chances to mess all those plans up and go off the rails
