Recently, I read about a woman who put her head out of the train window and hit a telegraph pole. You can imagine how that turned out.
I hope you know the route and so where is optimal. Also, that the speed will be sufficient. The doors on trains here are locked until it is released by the driver at a station. No windows in the newer ones either.
