Venting I let everyone in my life down

So Many people depended on me and I let all of them down.The regret will never go away.I remember it every night, I haven't had a restful night in years because I keep remembering

How old are you if you don't mind me asking ? If you're under 30 there's time for things to change. Over 40 and things will most likely not change, just get worse
