I have got job interview in next couple of hours I absolutely overwhelmed with nerves I can't do it.

I used to be so confident and found it so easy to naturally talk to people ,ie I used to speak in school assemblies, talk to new students when they came to school, however I lost all my confidence over the years. I freak out when talking and constantly doubt myself.

The last time I thought an interview went well I did not get the job.
I am not forward to my interview. I feel physically sick from the worry and all I want is to cry

I don't see my confidence ever coming back. It is so hard as I was naturally confident throughout my life which makes it harder and impossible to find it

Can relate. Been out of work for my second year now because of my health and any time I think about going back it just doesn't seem fathomable. I too struggle with communication and being understood. Its a tricky one because you feel as though you should be thinking it over because its a job interview but its the overthinking we already do that sends us spiralling.

Well done you for getting an interview, you got this just breathe and take it slow you may very well find you surprise yourself.
I also sense that you may be putting a lot of pressure on yourself which isn't helpful. If you're not ready yet it's okay, you've not failed. You're doing what you can, be kind to yourself.

I wish there was some way i could give you more confidence. The way youre talking it sounds more like a general anxiety then anything specific. Do you want to talk about it? Is there anything specific?

Go with everything, and try to relax, it is easy to lose confidence in yourself in situations that are important to us, so do your best!

I hope things go well for you. I have always struggled in stressful situations, and I am prone to anxiety, I understand how hard things can be.

I understand how overwhelmed you are feeling.

Let this be your mantra, "If they didn't think I could do the job they wouldn't have called me, if they didn't think I could do the job they wouldn't have called me."

There's a lot of competition out there and they called you.
