Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hey guys, so it's a new day and I feel much better. But I can't say the same for my neck. It has to big sores that hurts. I'm planning to try again in a few days. This time I'll record myself to see how I woke up, but there is a big possibility that I'll die so that video might be embarrassing. And I wanted to thank everyone for the support!

Mine too. I'm thinking I'm gonna have to go with more suspension. A lot of people have been saying they just woke up. I don't want to be able to save myself by standing up. What body position are you planning?

Maybe you wasn't meant to go now. I'm a great believer in things happen for a reason. Please don't record yourself, what happens if your family found that and watched it.
No. You can't just break gymnastic ring straps subconsciously. They were just a few years old-I have done plenty of heavy exercises on them in the past. I didn't expect them to break-you forget that sometimes the manufactures recommendations are not based in reality.

My sentiments exactly. No doubt it will be extremely difficult for them to view it, and if the video ended up in the hands of those outside your family (like if the police wanted to have it as evidence that your death is a suicide) it could very well end up on LiveLeak or some gore website.

Did the experience make you consider other methods at all? I know you said you would try partial again, but it sounds like you were quite spooked by this attempt so I'm just curious.
Part of me agrees that maybe you aren't fully ready to ctb because of how badly this seems to have shaken you, but the other part thinks that the fear came in because you weren't really expecting it to work. Of course, we have to trust that you know what's best for you.
Hoping you find the peace you deserve, no matter what you decide. ❤
There is also a video of a teenage girl who hung herself and she had either her phone camera or a go-pro record it -- from what I was told the full length video includes her mother (at the video's end) discovering her hanging from the tree.
My question as well. If one looks at the YouTube channel "mrcaringuy" he does memorial videos of people who commit suicide. I've noticed that the method of choice of the vast majority (including children) is via hanging.

The feeling of not being able to breathe combined with confusion and blindness isn't something I would wish on my worst enemy. I've never heard that anyone else who've tried to hang themselves describing my case. It's also true that I didn't expect it to work so that might be a part of it.
Thanks for sharing, both your thoughts and the photos.
This also brings another question, this comes to mind when I saw a documentary about suicides from the Golden Gate bridge.
In this presentation there was one man who apparently survived his jump. In his interview he stated that he had decided go through with it without hesitation, and then from the very second he jumped until he impacted the water, all of a sudden he figured out that all the things that prompted him to end his life could be solved and / or effectively dealt with. Since then he stated in the interview that he looks positively towards life and has no desire to end it.
That guy could very well be lying or maybe he's telling the truth.
So my question is: did your attempt cause you to rethink your situation on whether or not you're thinking of ctb in the future?

Yeah, I saw that documentary too. I saw someone on SS saying that jumping from a height like GGB will release chemicals and hormones that make you happy. Combining that with the trauma that man went through made him never want to do it again. But, I haven't thought of not changing myself. For a while I haven't been able to feel emotions or regret. Thanks for the appreciation!

Your most welcome. Thank you - this is insightful.
Maybe cbt by train will cause me to experience a Eureka! moment (in real time probably maybe 1 second) where for some reason I might find a solution and at same moment to abort a ctb before impact.
Hanging though seems to be the most common method of choice - perhaps it is more easily done.
