Literally waking up like 4pm for the past week, dont brush teeth dont shower just get up to eat and pee

Damn, I'm really sorry.
Not taking showers means things are going south. When I became a NEET I couldn't even brush my teeth.
I just need to live until my dad goes away. Can't leave him alone in this goddamn world but I dunno if I'll manage to do that.
