I just did 14 days in jail over something stupid

All that did was just make me come out even more f****** pissed off. Lol. it talked about you know how they can provide help for me in there yet as soon as I get out the very same fucks that put restraining orders on me are contacting me Non-Stop wanting me to speak to them which is a violation of my f****** probation. Yeah well I'd like to see them on the receiving end of this they wouldn't have lasted a second my father wouldn't last a f****** second in jail it would be a joke.

So protection orders have no clause that the person taking them out has to avoid contact as well? It seems that would be a violation to incite someone. Can you apply for one against them since they are harsssing you out of one side of the mouth while having a no contact order from the other?

yes I can get a restraining order against them but I managed to migrate 90 miles without a car because my wife is keeping the goddamn car which is fine and I've got a good setup here but I can't just teleport back to that other County just to file a frivolous protection order but yeah I would if I could m
No offense to you or anyting this is not anger directed at you but everybody in their brothers and sisters around me keeps coming up and pointin like they know what they're talkin about talking about how these people can get in trouble for breaking their own order. Ivetalk to the judge I talked to lawyers and the police and they say that the victim of a restraining order violation cannot be held accountable or in violation for breaking their own protection order only the defendant can be found guilty that's me the goddamn defendant. So they get to harass me until the end of f****** time and no one's going to do a goddamn thing about it but if I answer or I tell them to f*** off and go away I get to go to jail for 6 months how how's that sound like justice to you all?!!!

They have a saying among inmates they didn't need the restraining order when they got it but by the time it was over theyre definitely going to need it. I wonder why and how that saying f****** came about?!

I didn't say I know anything...it was a question because it seems shocking one could insist on no contact but then bait and antagonize the object of that order. Not actually surprising since things are so often unfair...still shocking. I guess I would take out the restraining order then...and/or ignore them. on the restraining order it says that she told them in her own writing that I tried to force her to have sex with my friend that's I threatened to hurt my baby my baby that I loved that I just want to hold and kiss right now and not ever thought a mean thought or done a mean thing to or said a f****** mean word to or about in my life!

I have a case worker with psychiatric services you know I called take my services the best I can you know we don't need meds because I don't have a disorder that requires mad because they found out they been medicate me all these years for nothingagain sorry about the text to speech but I will get hit by a car if I try to actually use proper grammar even my professionals say that this situation they have no idea what to tell me no idea how to help me but at least at least they're honest and not f****** robots like the others

I'm not political or anything. But the justice system is beyond flawed. Divorces and restraining orders are abused very often, unfortunately.


You could change your phone number and email. Then they only could contact you by address. You could just ignore the mail rather than having to constantly decline random numbers.

I know that. I was just pointing out the stupidity in the nation in general. The Justice system being flawed has nothing to do with him. But the fact he is president just proves how screwed up politics( which has to do with laws) are.

No things We getting worse and I'm getting more docile and losing the aggressive crappolla but that shit was all I had between me and deep depression so I am not doing good.
