Venting I just can't anymore

I did keep going, there was some false hope.

I just keep going for nothing suizid self is essential.

Somethings went even worse. If I killed myself years ago it would save me and my family much pain.

Why is kiling yourself that hard?

It's hard because the survival instinct exists in all us in a gentic level.and it's a little bitch.

Thus even when it is the most logical choice. There will always be that physical or mental block going, "but what if"

Just know that you're not a coward or wrong for holding on back then. It's good to take the chance to live instead of ctb if it you feel like things could improve. The option to ctb is always there. I know myself and others here are in the same boat held on but it made it worse. It's not a failing.
