That sounds like such a stressful situation. I would like to say though that this will pass, and it might be in your best interest to hold off on any action for a bit as emotions run high and that tends to not turn out well. I hear you and I can tell that this is tough to deal with right now and you are valid in feeling that way! Impulse-CTB attempts are the worst though and I don't want you to end up in an even worse state that might have longer-lasting effects.
