I'd never want to return to this existence. Fuck that. Being alive is just pain. I already feel like an accident that should never have happened. I was unplanned and my narcissistic mother should have gone ahead and aborted me like she wanted to.

I believe in reincarnation and God, and I hope that even if I failed at this life, in the next things will be better for me.
So I actually cannot await to be dead and with God again.
But maybe there is nothing at all after death.
Either way, all will be well!!

I've done a lot of research that has absolutely convinced me that reincarnation is real. If you want to know for yourself I suggest you do some digging into Dr. Ian Stevenson's work. Not only are there many, many, people who remember their past lives which have been factually verified but there are even people who remember life between lives that have been factually checked out. An example of this is when a person's spirit sticks around after death and observes their own funeral and remembers what certain people there did and said. Then they are able to remember this in their present life and find these particular people and then verify that their memory was correct.

I'd hope not. I kinda like how I am in a way.. to be reborn without all my memories would suck... but I guess I wouldn't know. I'd rather there be a heaven.

Don't get your hopes up. These are all stories made up by people who fear death. Also you won't notice anything since your mind is gone.
So true.

I hope so too, I just hope that my whole life would be different and not like this one. The only thing I am afraid of after death would be if there would be literally nothing at all.

I hope not. I think human life is objectively bad regardless of the circumstances one has. There will always be an abundance of boredom and pain in human life. If I had to exist I'd rather be an animal.

I have thought about this as well. I do not think I will come back as anything, but if I had a choice I think I would want to come back as a mountain lion. :)

I wouldn't mind being reborn as a small meteorite on a trajectory heading straight for number 10 Downing Street.

I do believe in reincarnation.

But before I come back again I'll be having serious words with the bugger who recommended this life to me.

Being a human is interesting but certain situations dictate grave measures. I would still love to be reborn, not in a reincarnation way but in just a random way.
I don't, my life is already awful the way it is right now, I wouldn't want to be born in the year 2022 as some starving african child or syrian girl who got their gentilia mutilated, if there's an afterlife i would rather it just be hell and heaven, even if i'm going to hell it certainly beats being reincarnated (well they are just about the same really)

If it's any consolation to you, the literature strongly suggests we have a huge say in the general plan and wayposts of our lives. We give the final OK on the deal.

If this is true I wanna retrial...

I think reincarnation would be the worst outcome. Who the fuck wants to walk though this hellhole for a second time?
Yes. Even the richest person on the planet still has to cope with the human condition.
I mean being rich certainly helps a ton but even then all the rest wouldn't be worth it.

Those that live well just have more resources to distract them and make them feel like the enjoyment is bigger than the pain. But there is still pain.

Rebirth in the form of ascension, like an immaterial god-like being? Yes please.
Again in this shitty human form? Absolutely not.

Actually, if you try to look at it objectively, this earth, with it's long incredible history, rich cultures, diverse societies, languages, socio-political issues, geographical beauty, and so on, is a helluva fascinating place. It's just that, for many reasons, some people grow to think that their place or time is no longer here. Just hope it goes better next time is all we can hope for.

But if you came back as a god and all was perfect, what would be the point? We have to have something to fight for and challenge us. At least until and if the game is looking like a clear checkmate...

That's just nonsense humans made up to feel better about their misery. There is no point in it. All living beings strife for their own paradise.

Like that joke:

GOD: You have probably 70-80 years at most before you die, ideally.
MAN: oh. well, i'll make the most of-
GOD: You'll be unconscious for 1/3 of the time.
MAN: ..uh
GOD: *leans in* That'll be your favorite part.

I imagined hell would be a lot worse since it's supposed to be based on completely punishing you for whatever god thinks you did wrong on earth. Well that's the christian way I here, but you may be right, they might be the same as no one knows what hell is really like and to even prove if it really exists. I think it would probably just be better if there was nothing but unconsciousness lol
