Yeah I used to volunteer bust stopped cause of school. I loved it though

We had a cat cafe in Auckland, New Zealand so I think the idea must be universal. Lots of them in Japan.
Fabulous idea as there is definitely relief in spending time with animals.

To answer some questions:
A cat cafe is a place where people play with cats indoors. The one I go to is less of a cafe where you eat and drink and more of playing with cats. Though there are some that are more akin to a cafe as well
Also they are international. It started in Japan and is in the US, Europe, etc.
Overall its a fun place to met cat oriented people and play with cats

There is one that I know of in my state. Though you have to have your own dog to enter. Also since cat's are considered more safe in that they can control their bite, its better legally I think. There is a husky cafe in Thailand I am aware of however.

That sounds great, how exciting! Cat cafe's are bizarre, but in a good way. It's hard not to smile in them, with the cats doing funny things, diving on my hot chocolate for example... Well done.
