I have two belts, i would like to connect them and do a P.H. can you help me with tips and how to do it from scratch?

what area of the neck should i put them on? how should i tie them? can i put one in the door frame?( grey one since more thick)
please I need answers, will help me and others aswell I'm sure. Also I might take medicine for heart???
