Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It's in one ear, and it's so fucking loud. I don't get it, I never went to concerts, I never listened to loud music. But now I have this deafening ringing in my ear. I can't concentrate, and it's so hard to sleep. I already have chronic health issues. I think this is the nail in my coffin. Please God kill me, please take me

Could be a vitamin or mineral deficiency like magnesium. I have it after having nicotine or too much dairy as well. It's easily fixable in most cases, see a doctor to get it checked out first though.

Some other temporary causes in my experience can include earwax buildup (more likely with one ear like your case), caffeine withdrawal, migraine

Thank you, I've made a doctor's appointment and I'm really hoping it's not permanent. I'm almost certain it's not from hearing damage, although I don't think that necessarily means it's not permanent.

It can also be a side effect of medications. I have mild tinnitus and I'm taking several medications that could cause it, but I suspect lithium is the culprit.

It's just so horrible to me how there's all this suffering in existing, I find it so cruel how existing can easily just get worse, it really sounds like you've suffered a lot, I understand just wanting to be free from it all but anyway I wish you the best.

I've heard of this condition as ringing in the ears. I did a quick YouTube search and realized how horrible this is! It's certainly not just ringing in the ears! This would drive me nuts!. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. Is there medication you can take to stop this? Make it quieter? I searched YouTube because this is the 2nd post I've seen like this on here.
