Help I have SN, Meto, and Bromazolam. Will this be enough?

Hey friends,

im a little confused about the use of an antiacid and propranolol. Is this still recommended to use? And does anybody know what antiacids are OTC in germany? Otherwise, i would be ready to go today or tomorrow. Thanks for your time.

It's been going around that antacids aren't necessary. Anti emetics which you have would help a lot, and everything else is for comfort/speed/pain. If you keep enough SN in your system with what you have it should work.
