Venting I have depression,ocd,anxiety,herniated disc, and now diabete

I Dont actually want to to ctb but I have literally so many health problems so i believe its my only way to out eventually Mentally depression,ocd, anxiety, and i have herniated disc and yesterday I was diagnosed with diabetes 2.
I'm not even old at all i'm in my early 20s...
I will go to hospital on Thursday to evaluate more about it but i'm hopeless anyways
