Help i have a weird question about methods

which method would be best if im looking to NOT have too much lasting damage, if i failed my attempt or SI kicked in? that i can realistically call emergency to get help for?

one time i chickened out of partial hanging and i had no physical damage from it, so i didn't even call emergency services cause i didn't think anything could be done, but i still wanted emergency care because i couldn't take it anymore.

i know a lot of meds can leave plenty of unwanted damage if you have a failed overdose, so im guessing drugs are out of the question.
jumping off from a low height? cutting/stabbing?
attempted drowning? jumping in front of traffic?

i know involving other people is objectively really fucked up but, like, when ive had the urge to jump in front of traffic i was very much just not making rational judgements because i was having nervous breakdowns or in extreme distress
