I am not planning on using AE. Can I take Imodium? It's for diarrhoea? Will that affect anything? Sorry for too much info about my bowels.

AE is the way to go. Without using it your chances of vomiting and failing increase. There are claims about people successfully using SN without it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Yes, in some ways I prefer it over meto. I think it is safer than meto, but possibly slightly less effective. It doesn't cross the blood brain barrier the same way meto does, less wacky side effects with domperidone.
