I have a question, are accounts that have a line on the name as if they are deleted are people who have "ctb"?

Some are, some are not. Some Users just left and decided to delete their accounts. Some people get banned. Some did succeed in cbt and thier account got disbanded. There a many reasons for a account to vanish. Mostly it's hard to prove a cbt succeeded or not, since nobody can look through the screen
