I have a new CTB plan

Bcs of anxiety and BPD I began to drink Cyamemazine. But a couple of weeks ago, I stopped drinking the pills. I've been accumulating them, and now I have +40 25 mg pills. I am thinking of an overdose with Atarax. But I am honestly kind of scared because of the pain… What do you think ?

It's to bad that nobody respond, i have the same kind of medication and i'd like to know how good is it to CTB.
