Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't care about long term effects of fast food or alcohol other than to seem functional to my family. Even short term effects such as stomach pains from food and hangxiety from drinking binges, I just treat the symptoms acutely with benzos and the like. I can't seem to care anymore. Point of no return I guess.

Is this bad? Or is it better to stay healthy before ctb?

Point of no return will be when benzos & the like won't work anymore.

Well, I could tough it out and tell my family I have a stomach bug at first. But yeah, that would be a natural point of no return. I've bee waiting for something to kind of force me to take that jump into actually doing the ctb anyway. Good point.
