For some dawn brings a new day. For others it is just yesterday revisited. My only advice is to try to look ahead for something enjoyable or at least tolerable.

It didn't sound like that to me. I love it when the sun rises as much as when it sets. These are lifes simple pleasures that bring me some peace and comfort

Waking up is the worst part of the day for me as it is the start of another day of my pointless existence. It is disappointing when I wake up and realise I am still here and I did not die in my sleep. I do prefer the night time personally as everything is a bit quieter then.

I prefer the night as well, as @FuneralCry says, it is a bit quieter then, and I'm a nervous type so it helps with that.
