I hate myself

I am tired of living and overwhelmed by the knowledge that the people I care about most would have much better lives if I wasn't here. I'm just so tired.

I find this very relatable. Life is exhausting. Though I think we can have all have more of a positive impact than we realize, and some people can be accepting of burdens even if we feel differently. Easier said than believed though. Welcome to these forums, if you're new, or even if you're returning.

I am also tired of living, to me just simply being alive is exhausting. I want to fall into an eternal dreamless sleep. I know that it can be dreadful living a life that you hate. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
