i despise this day, reminds me i lived another year without any achievements. I'm getting older, uglier and now I'm a neet in my almost 30s, which is all the more reason for humiliation. I become the center of attention for people I don't care about and they surely couldnt care either.
Everyone around expect me to be happy, when I have no reason to be. They expect me to celebrate something and I feel pressured to do so to avoid future insults. It's my birthday, but I can't experience the day the way I want, with no one bothering me. Everything on this day feels like a chore and my anxiety peaks because of it.
