Right now I'm busier than ever with work, but my IBS is fucking killing me. I've used the bathroom more than 6 or 7 times so far today and it's not even 3 PM. If a normal person felt like this they would call in sick, but my entire fucking existence is being sick, so I'm just expected to endure it. Fuck my boss, fuck my job, fuck my parents for giving birth to me, and fuck my life. Please God just end it, please please please please please fuck i cant do it i fucking cant please let me fucking die pleeeeeaaaseeee

That must be really horrible, it's so cruel to me how there's all this suffering but anyway I wish you the best, I also just wish to be gone.
