Just bear in mind, if you seek medical help, you may wind up institutionalized for being suicidal. Up to you if you want to take that risk.

Have to ask - did you take the SN to kill yourself, see what it tastes like, boredom...? It doesn't seem like something you do accidentally.

If you're crying about the thought of killing yourself, and you need to "talk yourself into it" that mean's it's 100% not the right time for you to attempt. If you're not at ease and relieved with what you are about to do, just wait for another day. The SN isn't going anywhere.

I would go with @hotelbeneathground 's advice with trying to induce vomiting, and drinking a lot of water - like a gallon or two if you can.

This could work - say you were using salty water as a mouthwash, and accidentally swallowed some.

I wasn't crying about killing myself, I was crying about things in life, but yeah, I'm gonna drink water and stuff.

I ate a few granules of SN some months back and got a headache too along with some breathing trouble and lightheadedness. It went away after 8 to 10 hours. The headache persisted the longest.
