1. Depends on you, personally I bought 50 grams since the police are gonna care less if I get caught

2. I paid with applepay and had no issues

3. Well, this is a strange one, even though he calls it "express shipping" the shipping code is still LT which means economy and not express mail. So I'm not exactly sure what you're paying for when you pay for his express shipping.
