Resource I found an SN source

I recently came across an SN Source but I don't know what to say i'll use it for since I have decided to get the lab grade. I thought about saying it was for a research project but I already did that before and did not get an answer.

Is that a store or some private individual selling SN? If they are just selling it, I wonder why they are even interested in what you'd be using it for

I guess it's for safety reasons? It's a company in India. I also found another source that doesn't really require that part but I have to get it delivered at a business location. I don't know if I should order it to my college or at a the post office as they don't deliver at residences
