I feel sick waking up as myself.

I hate being alive so much, it makes me nauseous. I cannot believe I'm this person. I'm so awful. I'm so messed up.

How do people do this every day? This place is terrible. I don't know how people can just forgive themselves and move on. I hate who I am and I don't think that will change, but I wish it was a bit more bearable. If only there was medication for being nauseous over yourself.
