Hello,
Thank you all, I could find a method "peaceful" that suits me to put an end to my heavy suffering through this site.
I go CTB within 6 hours who follow this post.
I chose the SN method (and I come from France so the drug is different because many are on prescription):
- 3 x Vogalib (Metopimazine) -> at once 30 minutes before (because no accumulation and act very quickly)
- 35 g SN diluted in 50 ml of water (I prepared 3 glasses in case I vomit)
- Two tablespoons of Nutella to make the taste go away (I hope it will not affect the SN)
I could not get ranitidine on time and I have no antacids on hand. I fasted for 32 hours to 'compensate'.
If you have one last remark / advice on my method I would read it.
I chose not to take IPP (the only anti acid that I can take) because it does not seem reliable:
I know how important it is here to know if the person fails, I guarantee you to come back if that's the case.
(It's not my native language, it's normal if it's sometimes incomprehensible)

Avoid PPIs. Shameless copy and paste from a comment I wrote on a different thread:
Omeprazole, lansoprazole, and other -prazoles are all proton-pump-inhibitors, and they interfere with the digestion of the SN. SN has been used as treatment for lowering blood pressure (in small doses, obviously) and studies have been done about how the two interact.
"The blood pressure–lowering effect of orally ingested nitrite was abolished when test persons were pretreated with a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) to raise gastric pH." Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27802417
This isn't the only study, I just feel like linking multiple is overkill. Did you end up finding an AU/NZ source?
