Help i feel physically unwell

i feel very wrong. starting around two days ago i started feeling unwell. i am extremely shaky, my hands and feet feel very cold and at times lose all color, in general i'm either cold or extremely hot, regardless of the temperature. my heart rate has been very elevated. and i've been very light headed. i nearly passed out while driving today, my whole body felt like it was warm inside. i've been nauseous and had no appetite, i've almost thrown up while talking with customers at work. something feels wrong. but then at moments i feel fine. i don't want to go to the doctor because they will do a few tests, everything will be fine and they will say it's anxiety, as with everytime i go to the doctor. i don't know what to do

This sounds like it could be serious, at first I though it might be covid but I checked this list against the covid symptoms and it's not matching up at all. I would go to an urgent care clinic as soon as you can, this is a pretty bad set of symptoms.

I have similar things going on sometimes. In my case I'd say it is indeed anxiety.
Not sure about you though. Best to be seen and rule out anything crazy.

That sounds really awful what you are going through. To me, it is horrifying that our bodies are capable of torturing us so much. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. I hope you find relief from your suffering in whatever happens.

I think one of the Covid strains might present like this. My other worry is that heart attacks in women commonly have an usual, vague presentation heavily featuring nausea and vomiting. I'd guess they might show up that way in men, too, every now and again.

I agree that you should get some medical attention for this.

The hands and feet losing color is especially bad, this means circulation is limited here, which can potentially lead to a serious infection quickly and possible amputations- I would waste no time getting this checked out, at urgent care or an emergency room.

Can you measure your temp?

If it's not abnormal this could very well be somatic.

if it is a nutritional deficiency, unless you change your diet it won't pass on its own and is likely to get worse

I would highly recommend getting your bloods done
