i actually feel okay for once, but every time i feel even slight happiness i have that creeping thought in the back of my mind that its only temporary, and any bad thing could happen at any moment to ruin my mood and bring me back down to square one again. its happened so many times its hard to have hope and stay optimistic, and trying is really exhausting, but i really am trying.
