i think i'm over my depressive episode. yesterday my dad had a candid conversation with me about how he is terrified every day that he is missing something and that i am relapsing. he doesn't know that i have been depressed and suicidal lately. the fear in his voice snapped me back to reality. today i bought christmas presents for my family and i hope that i have gotten over the hump

i'm still feeling much better. i am so glad that it passed before i could do anything, i'm finally cleaning up my depression rooms and getting school work done and taking care of myself. i think it was just a little bump in my recovery
