i feel i don't deserve a peaceful death

i'm scared of the dying process and have been wanting a peaceful exit, but the more i think about it, the more i just feel i deserve a violent death. i know it's not a "good" option, but i just want to give myself several stab wounds and bleed to death. how long do you think that'll take? i won't have to worry about being found

i don't want to say... i'm riddled with shame and guilt and i feel like i gave myself ptsd, and i just don't want to live in my body with my specific brain anymore
