I feel bad about ruining my friend's life

For some reason she's really latched onto me, since we met 2 years ago
It was our anniversary a few days ago and I didn't remember. I have no idea what she finds special in me

I stopped talking to her a few months ago and lied that we "didn't work well as friends", but she's apparently been worried about me every day and has kept texting me

I added her back 4 days ago because I just wanted to take her anxiety away but now I'm regretting it since it seems like I'll be killing myself sooner than I thought. I hope she can be happy for me somehow

There isn't really anything you can do to avoid hurting her. It's been 5 years since I lost someone I cared about the same way and the grief never goes away.

I'm in the same boat with my sister, she's already depressed and doing her best to be a good mother for her kids and my ctb will absolutely demolish her, which makes me feel awful, but there isn't really anything I can do to mitigate that.
