I don't understand why

I don't understand why I'm suffering such unbearable excruciating pain. I've always been a good person. I used to believe when you are compassionate and treat everyone well, you don't do anything bad, you don't break the rules you would have a good life. Good Karma. I worked hard and all I expected was a normal life. I've always been grateful. Why am I suffering excruciating unbearable nonstop pain as if I am burning in hell? Why do I feel like I'm being punished in the worst pain possible? I don't know how to tolerate it. I need it to end. I've done everything physically and spirituality. I need the pain to stop. Why in a world where we can do so much can't I find a simple way to stop the pain?
