i think we shouldn't care ab what others think . including family or anybody . they don't know what we are going through

once we are gone it doesn't matter but hearing how they say suicide is the easy way out and it's cowardice kinda fucks me up .

It shouldn't matter if what we are doing by killing ourselves is selfish as we were forcefully created here and others did the selfish thing first of wanting us to suffer do they don't have to suffer in our absence.

I agree, i never understand why it is so looked down upon in modern culture. If I am suffering extremely, and i choose to ctb, how does that make me selfish? I chose it because I was going through hell. Everyone always supports life, but when life is just suffering it is like supporting suffering. If they were in my shoes they wouldnt hesitate to think about it either. No one understands.

It is unfair to call us selfish.

Isn't it also selfish to force someone to exist despite their suffering just so they can be 'calm' and not disturb their beliefs?

Can they feel our pain in their own flesh and mind? Of course not.

agree with others that people like to slap the word selfish on this as low hanging fruit to keep people who don't want to be here, alive. your life is your own. unless you've brought life into this world, you don't owe anyone anything. this is not encouragement. just my thoughts on the whole "selfish" bs. love to you OP.

i guess with an outsider perspective, they would never be able to grasp why we seek comfort in the end? the end is imminent and it will come for all of us, it is not selfish to break free from this cruel life . you are none of the less deserving of everlasting peace ♡

True! You know what you are going through best. Don't let others tell you that your struggles aren't real! They are very serious and deserve recognition, I hope you are able to endure & heal through your struggles

it's the hard way out, lol... kind of a pain, actually! that's part of why i recommend against it, hah XD
