Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I tried going to bed early it was a little over 11pm I quickly fell asleep but woke up 03:30am and now it's 06:05am.

In the last few weeks I have tried going to bed before 12am but every time I wake up im the middle of the night it is so frustrating because had I just went to bed between 4-6am I would easily be able to sleep 8+ hours, I had even only slept 4.5 hours yesterday so I was sure I would be getting a full nights sleep tonight.

I'm sorry :(

You tried some sort of sleep audio to get back to sleep? I use delta waves sleep music and it usually knocks me out - but if not I can usually get back to sleep after a bit.

How would I listen to it? Just on the phone for 15 minutes and then turn it off or do you keep it playing?

I'm so fucking tired of not being able to sleep. I used to get a great night's sleep taking a Unisom, or even half of one (doxylamine, not diphenhydramine). Now I have to practically drink myself blind to even get a few undisturbed hours.

I can relate. Past week or so I have found I can't sleep. I could go to sleep at a drop of a hat because of the depression but now it has turned into the polar opposite and now I can't sleep.

Can't turn to drinking either. Too expensive.

Boo on our brains. They blow.

hope you got some rest friend. I have been wrestling with sleep issues since I was a kid, so I get it.
nothing really works for me; dyphenhydramine makes me jittery and wired, weed now makes me anxious and uncomfortable, sleep meds never have helped (except for ambien, which made me black out and do weird shit). I used to drink myself into a coma, but that's not really a solution either.

brains are neat
