I can’t open my bottle of N

This is going to sound pretty pathetic, but I can't seem to open my bottle of N. I received it from D. I can't seem to unscrew the top of the bottle. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Try to use your elbow as opposed to your wrist to maximum the moment (torque).
