I can't focus on my studies or start actual work. I am not mentally equipped enough to handle stress or problems. I get suicidal after each day of work/school. Its so fucking bad I am tired.

I agree, its dreadful, having to deal with this over and over again on a daily basis. I feel the same way as you, in the morning, i wake up much better than when i fell asleep (if i even manage to fall asleep) but by the time the day is over, i am extremely suicidal. It is an endless cycle. I feel for you and i hope you can find some peace someday.Similar threads
