Help I can’t do it

I got my hands on a box cutter. I want to sever one of my carotid arteries, but I don't know how to do it without ending up dying in pain or not dying at all. Help?

I think this would be a hard thing to do. I am not knowledgeable on this. I definitely think it would be painful. Dying isn't easy, I am frantically hoping for a way out myself. I wish you luck and that you find peace eventually.
