I cant bare to look at peoples faces because it reminds me of the source of my suffering

Does anyone else relate? I cant bare to look at a decieving face pretending to be nice when I know the two sided nature of people that caused me suffering somehow translating. I cant bare look at peoples faces because I dont want to associate my suffering with their face, but I know people by face in my own life the cause of my suffering.

Absolutely. I relate to this so damn much and I'm sorry you're experiencing it as well. Fairly recently I went to an event when I saw the faces of the people who'd abused and tormented me for years, and when driving on the way home I had a complete fucking breakdown; I couldn't bear it all. It was all just a reminder of what was done to me, and the fact that there was no justice and there will never be for any of it.

I hope we're both able to find peace.
